Five...four.....three.....two.....one.....HAPPY NEW YEAR!! So what did everyone do to ring in 2013? Whatever you did, I hope you had fun......did you make it to midnight???
This first week off has gone very quickly, and in just a few short days, we'll be back at school. Are you ready to go back? I'm not ready right now, but I will be. I've enjoyed having this time off. However, I spent several days sick and glued to my couch. It started on Christmas Eve.....bad headache, stuffed up, bad cough, and very tired. I was at my mom's on Christmas Day. After opening presents and eating a small amount of dinner, I went upstairs and laid down for a couple of hours. Once I got home, I was pretty much on the couch for the next three days. NOT FUN!! But I was grateful I was able to be home and not have to worry about getting a sub. My first day leaving my house was a trip to the gym to meet my trainer. This was not the best choice. During a simple exercise, I got so dizzy that we had to stop. BUT, I'm feeling MUCH better now. How's everyone feeling? Anyone else sick? In spite of being sick, Christmas was still very nice.
Thank you to those of you that contributed to the class gift for me. I truly appreciate your kindness. I will spend the gift card wisely!
